Just leaving the Coolart Homestead and Wetlands reserve - Di's walk along the coast. A turnout of 16 enthusiasts!
Quite a shape - there were many fine houses along the way
Another interesting bit of architecture
Even the humble nasturtium can look great in good company!
Down to the beach and lagoon - a lovely morning
Morning tea on the beach - seating provided
Blue skies, great beach, good exercise, great company - what a combination!!
Guess who took this one - lots of dogs and families enjoying the perfect summer day!
Jellyfish on display in one of the rock pools - very large specimen
Just off the water line, showing off its colour
Haydn checking out the rock pools
In search of shade - our lunch on the dunes
Lunch on the driftwood - those who didn't want the shade.
About to start the return walk - laughter at ykw taking pic on nude/gay beach. Not guilty.
A welcome stop for a cuppa/pint/cooldrink - on the way back after lunch
Rudi taking a rest on a handy tree - says it was comfortable!
Guess who is on show on the totem
Walking back on a perfect afternoon, envying those in the water!
Resident Tawny Frogmouth - great pic from Barbara

Chris' walk led by Janine. The only pic to pass the censor was Mick at tea time, sitting nice and dry.

Arnis' outing to French Island. 20 of us about to embark on the ferry on a beautiful sunny morning.
The ferry arrives to take us across to the Island. Scroll down and then click on "older posts" to see all the pics.
A few hardy souls braved the morning chill on the upper deck - Carmel, Janine, Honey (sp?) and Marg.
The view back to the mainland - the refinery at Hastings
A veritable graveyard of vehicles - just left to rust and rot - more to come!
